At Collins Center for Medicine, we combine the expertise of internal medicine with the principles of lifestyle medicine to provide comprehensive, personalized care. Lifestyle medicine focuses on preventing, treating, and even reversing chronic disease through evidence-based interventions such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep optimization, social connection, and reducing risky substances. By integrating this approach with the thorough, diagnostic expertise of internal medicine, we go beyond conventional primary care. Our practice offers personalized wellness plans, proactive health strategies, and dedicated time to address your unique needs—helping you achieve your healthiest, happiest, and longest life.

The membership fee covers all visits (including in-person, telemedicine, and phone consultations), 24/7 access to your physician, personalized wellness planning, and yearly health assessments, including a body composition scan. Additional services, such as lab work or specialist visits, are billed separately by the respective providers. See below for more information.

While lab work is not included in the membership fee, we will order necessary tests for you, and the lab facility will bill your insurance directly.

No, we do not accept insurance. Our membership model allows us to provide price transparency and personalized care without the limitations of insurance-based billing.

Yes, you can typically use FSA or HSA funds for eligible services included in the membership. We will provide a superbill that can be submitted for reimbursement. Please consult your tax specialist to confirm coverage for specific services.

Scheduling is easy and flexible. Members will be able to book appointments by phone, in-person, or through our patient portal once the practice is open.
